  We do not vote, hire, or fire. Governance stays with the owner. A SITKA Board advises. It does not take a seat at the table of control.

  We are not your attorney, CPA, wealth manager, or registered advisor in this work. We do not hold a fiduciary duty over the company. That is a feature: counsel without a conflicted hat.
